• Executed Work: Once a creative process is completed, whether it’s a design, a technical development, or a specific piece of content, it is no longer eligible for a refund, as the professional labor has already been performed.
• External Costs: Any budget spent on third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta, or hosting services) is paid directly to those providers on your behalf and cannot be recovered by the agency.
• Intellectual Value: Strategic advice, consultancy sessions, and custom research are considered “delivered” as soon as they are shared with you and are not subject to refund.
• Client-Driven Delays: We cannot offer refunds based on project stagnation caused by late feedback, missing assets, or delayed approvals from your side, as our team has remained reserved and ready for your project. 
• Project Progress: Once you have signed off on a specific phase of the project (as defined in our agreement), the payment associated with that phase of the process is final.

• We use a shared project management space within your chats to keep you updated. This hub allows you to track our progress, see design versions, and share your feedback in real-time. 
• All project communication and milestones happen within this space. We post everything there to ensure you stay informed and the project stays moving exactly as planned. 

10.  File Records & Storage

• We keep a secure record of your finalized design and development files, along with every other data for every service after they are delivered. 
• If you ever need your final files resent in the future, simply contact us, and we will send them to you. 

11.  Third-Party Integrations

• We integrate common plugins and APIs into your site as part of our standard service.
• If you need complex or specialized connections, we will provide a separate quote for the extra development time.
• We don’t control the third-party platforms themselves. If their software has a glitch or changes its terms, we aren’t responsible for those external service interruptions. 
• We make sure our connection to these tools is solid, but you’ll need to manage your own accounts and subscriptions with the providers directly.
